They can participate in the room they were invited to. Depending on the room setup, they can chat, comment, upload files, review documents, complete tasks, and collaborate with your team.
No. Qaxa does not charge per client guest. You can invite as many external guests as your work requires.
You can keep the room as a secure record, remove individual members, or archive the room when the work is done.
No. Qaxa does not use your files, chats, tasks, or room content to train AI models. Your room content is private, encrypted, and not used for advertising, profiling, or AI training.
Content created inside a Firm workspace belongs to the firm. Firm admins can access and manage member-created rooms and content, so client work, deal history, and files are not lost when a team member leaves. Qaxa itself cannot read that content. Your room data remains encrypted from Qaxa’s side.
