Yes. We accept Bitcoin and Bitcoin Lightning. If you pay via crypto, we do not require a billing address or real name.
Yes. You save by paying yearly. You can choose between monthly or yearly billing. The yearly plan comes with a discount compared to the monthly rate, and you can pay via credit card or Bitcoin.
For users outside the EU, no additional taxes are charged. For users inside the EU, the standard Czech VAT rate (21%) is added at checkout. EU businesses can provide a valid VAT ID to apply the reverse charge.
Yes. Even if you pay with Bitcoin, you can generate a downloadable PDF invoice for your accounting records.
Yes. The Free plan is your trial. You can start with the Free plan and upgrade anytime. It is fully functional, giving you all the essential tools to explore the workflow without a ticking clock. There is no time limit—stay on Free as long as you like and upgrade only when you're ready.
In the app. Go to Settings → Qaxa Pro and select 'Upgrade.' You can choose a one-time payment or a subscription, using either a card or Bitcoin. Your account upgrades instantly the moment the payment clears.
No. You only need Pro if you want to create unlimited spaces or need extra storage. Free users can join as many Pro spaces as they are invited to.
Yes. The Free plan includes 200 MB of total storage with a 25 MB limit per file. Upgrading to Pro boosts this to 20 GB of storage and 1 GB uploads. We are actively working on even larger storage tiers for the future.
No, not immediately. After your Pro plan expires, you have a 30-day grace period to renew or manage your storage. You can choose exactly what to keep to fit the Free plan limits. If you take no action within 30 days, we will automatically delete the excess data and downgrade you to Free.
You get plenty of warning. We notify you 15 days, 3 days, and on the day your plan expires. After it ends, you still have a 30-day grace period to manage your data. If you take no action by the end of that window, we will automatically delete the excess data and switch you to Free.
Yes, in specific cases. We handle refunds for situations like accidental renewals or technical errors. You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support directly through Qaxa or via the contact form.
