Pro includes everything in the Free plan, plus: Unlimited spaces, 20 GB of encrypted storage, file uploads up to 1 GB each, folders for organizing spaces, and co-admin rights for teams. Pro users also get early access to priority support.

Yes. You can start with the Free plan and upgrade anytime. The Free plan is fully functional — it gives you all the essential tools to explore Qaxa and see how it fits your workflow. There’s no time limit, so you can stay on the Free plan as long as you want.

Yes. You can choose monthly or yearly billing. Yearly plans include a discount compared to monthly payments and can be paid by card or Bitcoin.

Yes. You can pay for your Qaxa plan with Bitcoin or Bitcoin Lightning. Both options are available at checkout, alongside traditional payment methods.

You’ll be notified before your Pro plan expires — 15 days, 3 days, and on the day of expiration. After your Pro plan ends, you’ll have 30 days to renew or downgrade your account to avoid losing data. During this time, you can choose which content to keep if it exceeds the Free plan’s quota. If no action is taken within 30 days, your account will be downgraded automatically and excess content deleted.

VAT is already included in all prices shown on our site. It’s calculated automatically based on your country and displayed clearly before you confirm payment.

Refunds are available in specific cases, such as accidental renewals or technical issues. You can request one within 14 days of purchase by contacting support through Qaxa or via the contact form.

Unlike other platforms where a company account owns everyone’s data, in Qaxa each person is independent. Every user is their own boss — with their own encrypted key, storage, and plan. Each member has their own account, and their own control.

We charge for Qaxa to stay independent, transparent, and free from surveillance-based business models. Privacy shouldn’t depend on ads or data collection. You pay for the product — not with your data.
