No. Invited clients can create a free account and join your room without paying.
You can add unlimited contacts to your network and collaborate across unlimited rooms. Each room can host up to 50 participants total. External guests join for free.
They can join the room, view files, chat, comment, upload documents, and follow the work without needing a paid plan. Any files they upload count toward the storage on your paid workspace.
The room stays available as a secure record of the work. You can keep it, restrict access, archive it, or delete it permanently when the work is done.
No. Your files, chats, and room content are not used to train AI models. We cannot use what we cannot read. Your content is encrypted before it leaves your device.
Yes. You can start with Solo and upgrade to Firm when you need more operator seats, team management, and custom branding.
You get plenty of warning. We notify you 15 days before expiry, 3 days before, and again on the day your plan ends. After that, you have a 30-day grace period to manage your data. If you take no action by the end of that period, we automatically delete all data and switch your account to Free.
