If we didn't trust Qaxa with our own trade secrets, we couldn't ask you to trust it with yours. We don’t just design it, code it, and ship it—we live in it. Every idea, every debate, and every line of code starts inside a secure Space.
Why? Because we are building a tool for people who cannot afford leaks.
The three pillars of our workflow:
All our work lives in a single Folder called "Qaxa." Inside, each department operates in its own encrypted compartment (Space):
A task list housing our backlog of UI improvements and design fixes. We use comments within tasks to debate pixel-perfect details before they hit the code.
The War Room. This is where we brainstorm and track new capabilities. It uses Sections to divide the roadmap into "Priority," "In Progress," and "The Freezer" (Backlog).
Dedicated to the public-facing site. Because Vault supports large file uploads, we share heavy design assets securely without needing a third-party drive link.
The most sensitive space. This holds our infrastructure discussions, deployment keys, and technical documentation. With PGP encryption, we have peace of mind that our "Crown Jewels" are invisible to the outside world.
A collection of Notes where we draft, review, and polish articles (including this one). We use threads next to notes to critique headers and sharpen the copy without cluttering the draft.
This space includes our external agency. Because Qaxa is compartmentalized, we can invite them here to coordinate strategy without letting them see our code or our secrets.
We’ve shipped every version of Qaxa from inside Qaxa. No leaky boards. No scattered context. Just one encrypted environment where the work gets done.
If Qaxa is strong enough to run our business, it is strong enough to run yours.
