A few details about support, recovery, security, and response times.

For sensitive matters, use end-to-end encrypted Qaxa chat. It requires a free Qaxa account and lets you contact support without sending private details through a normal web form. For general questions, you can use the support form on this page.

We usually reply within 1–2 business days. Sensitive or urgent account issues may be prioritized, but Qaxa does not currently offer guaranteed response times or 24/7 support.

No. Qaxa is designed so we cannot access your room contents or recover them for you. Your data is encrypted before it leaves your device. That protects your privacy, but it also means you must keep your password and recovery details safe. Read Why We Don’t Have a “Forgot Password” Button for more.

An attacker may access encrypted data and limited operational metadata, but not readable room content. Qaxa stores encrypted room data, not plaintext content. Without the required keys, messages, files, tasks, and comments remain unreadable.

Qaxa uses open cryptographic standards and well-known encryption libraries. Our security model is designed to be understandable and reviewable, not hidden behind vague claims.
